Shipping & Returns

Most items at TrailHunting.com are available for international shipping, but there are some products that ship only within the United States due to supplier agreements and export rules & regulations.   Please see our Export Restrictions section for additional information.  International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority or USPS Express Mail only.

International buyers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be imposed by your government’s customs agency on items received from the United States.  Unfortunately we do not have specific information regarding the fee amounts as it varies from location to location.  As a buyer, you are encouraged to contact your local government to get an estimate of the fees that may be imposed on your shipment.

In many cases, the duties and taxes that you may incur are reduced when shipments are made via USPS Express Mail.  To avoid a delay in receiving your order, it is important that you provide a contact phone number when you place your order.  TrailHunting cannot be held responsible for having information regarding your local customs tax information or import restrictions.

Please note that due to legal issues, we do not ‘modify’ customs forms by declaring shipments as a ‘gift’ or by declaring a product value less than the actual amount paid.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  International shipments are estimated to take 2-7 business days for delivery as long as there are no unforeseen delays in Customs.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout when you enter your shipping address information and a shipping quote can be obtained before registering with us.

TrailHunting.com processes and ships order FAST as most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours except for orders received after 12 noon on Friday or Saturday.  Please allow additional time for order process and shipping for items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer.  If any delays will be incurred on your order, you will be contacted by us via email.  You can then decide whether you wish to cancel the order or wait until the order can be filled.

Export Restrictions:

Due to supplier restrictions, export regulations, and shipping weight restrictions, some items can not be shipped outside of the United States.

TrailHunting.com cannot export the following items outside of the USA:

• Riflescopes, Red Dot Scopes, Holographic Scopes, Laser Sights, Bore Sights or Firearm Mounting Hardware (rings, mounts, etc.)
• Generation 2, 3, 4 or 5 Night Vision Scopes

Your satisfaction is our number one goal here at TrailHunting.com.  We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on most products that we sell.  Please contact us at info@trailhunting.com if you wish to return any product that you purchased from us.  We will advise you via return email on the return procedure as well as provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for the return.

Non defective items must be returned in the original, unopened package and be in saleable condition.  All original accessories must also accompany the return including the manufacturer’s instruction manual. TrailHunting.com does not charge a restocking fee unless these conditions are not met. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.  For your own protection, returns must be shipped via a shipping method with tracking including UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Express Mail.

If you were unfortunate to receive a defective product from us, we will reimburse you for the return shipping charges for ground services only.  If you choose to return a product via an expedited shipping service, TrailHunting.com will only reimburse you for the equivalent ground shipping rate.
